What is the size of the boxes?

We offer a unique extra large size to accommodate different types of items.

Size: 68 x 43 x 32 cm / 27 x 17 x 12 inches

Boxes are stackable and can be easily nested when not in use.

Why complicate things if moving is already stressful enough.

The number of boxes you'll need depends on the size of your home and the how much of a ‘collector’ you’ve been through the years.

Our team can help you determine the optimal number of boxes to ensure an stress-free moving experience.

How does EASYBOXED work?

Customers can order boxes online and have them delivered to their door. After two weeks, EASYBOXED® will pick them up. You don’t have to worry of disposing the boxes!

Our boxes are sturdy and protect your items during transportation. Plus, our boxes come with lids that securely lock, ensuring that your items won't get lost or damaged during the move.

  • Our rental packages are set for a 2-week, since the drop off date you select when booking.

    If you need the boxes for longer, we offer weekly extensions for an extra fee. Please check our Extra Week Alternatives, and depending on the size of your order, proceed to check out and pay for the extension online.

  • To keep our costs low and pass those savings on to our customers, we operate entirely as a mobile delivery service and do not have a public brick-and-mortar storefront for customer pickups. We do all the heavy lifting for you!

    Convenience is our motto. You won't have to spend your valuable packing time driving back and forth to the Toronto area.

  • We recommend booking your rental at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

    However, we understand that moving plans can change quickly, so we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

    Bookings made less than 3 days in advance are required to add the Rush Delivery Fee Service* at checkout.

  • No, all of our boxes come pre-assembled and ready to use. Boxes are stackable and can be easily nested when not in use.

  • Yes, all of our boxes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use.

  • No, please do not use EASYBOXED® boxes to transport hazardous materials, such as chemicals or flammable liquids. This could cause harm to yourself and others.

  • We are proud to use either an adapted electric vehicle or a fuel-efficient gas car, both paired with a covered trailer to protect your delivery and ensure clean boxes.

    For larger orders on Inter-City or Extended Regional services, we utilize a medium hybrid SUV paired with a covered trailer to ensure a secure delivery/retrieval.

    We'll send you a quick heads-up with an ETA when we’re heading your way for both the delivery and the pickup!

    Don't worry about the hassle of buying and disposing of traditional cardboard boxes - with EASYBOXED®, we'll deliver the boxes right to your doorstep and pick them up when you're done. It's that easy!

  • A small fee applies when your Drop-off and Pick-up locations are in different service zones. For example, moving from Toronto to Barrie (out of the GTA) or vice versa.

    To maintain our quality of service over longer distances, we apply a flat fee. This covers the additional fuel, transit time, and logistics required to coordinate equipment between two different major cities.

    No extra hidden costs for delivery, stairs and retrieval fees. What you see is what you pay!

  • You can reschedule your delivery or pickup at any time. Just give us a call or send us an email to hello@easyboxed.ca and we’ll work with you to find a new time that works.

    Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date will be subject to 40% of the service(s) initially booked.

  • Yes, we do offer the option to purchase our boxes. Check the Buy Brand New Boxes link, where you can buy starting with 3 units —only if you are purchasing them. Or buy starting at 1 box —if you are renting.

  • We understand that accidents happen, and we won't charge you for minor wear and tear. However, if a box is lost or severely damaged, we'll charge you the replacement cost of the box.

  • We recommend not using EASYBOXED® boxes to store food items, as they may not be sanitized to the same standards as food-grade containers.
